Getting error message in checkout?

If stripe has saved your card you will need to remove it and add it again, then it will work.

Why are all prices displayed ex. VAT?

This is because there are different VAT rates in different countries. If you live outside the EU, the final price is always excl. VAT. On the other hand, if you living in the EU the VAT rate differs and is calculated for you individually upon checkout.

What are your payment options?

Currently we only offer payment by card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express) via Stripe.

Will there be other payment options in the future?

Yes, we are working on other solutions but we do not currently know when this will be possible.

I have not received any order confirmation, what do I do?

If you have not received any order confirmation but money has been withdrawn from your account, please contact us at as soon as possible.

Where and how do I access my product?

You find information in your product description and in the confirmation e-mail your receive upon purchase.

I live in an EU country, does the The Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts apply?

Yes, the The Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts applies within but not outside of the EU.
According to the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises (2005: 59), you as a private consumer always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day when the contract is concluded, ie. the day you make your purchase.

If you want to cancel your order, this must be done within these 14 days by notifying us in writing to Please attach order number for faster service.

Please note that for digital products, they are deemed “used” after download or opening and are then no longer eligible for return.

What do I do if I regret my purchase and want a refund?

We only accept returns from private individuals within the EU, within 14 days from the purchase. Contact us via for more info.

How do I make a complaint and ask for a refund?

Do you wish to complain about something and ask for a refund?

How soon do I get my money back in case of a refund?

We will refund your money to your card as soon as we have received the item you sent in return or after your received complaint has been processed. After that, it takes about 1-3 days for the money to reappear in your account.
